We've been referring to the surgery as Cece's spa treatment. She should be coming home this afternoon for rest and pampering. Laying down, yes; lifting, no.
It's amazing what a few hours sleep can do. As much as it helped me, I cam only imaging what it did for Cece last night. Yesterday afternoon she slept a lot and I read a non-literature novel. (Thank you, Dean Koontz) Thanks again to everybody: my parents for taking custody of Joe, my parents and Aunt Fran fir coming to sit with me at the hospital, my sister Karen for driving Joe to Scouts - sorry about your car - the folks who brought food and gifts,and to everyone for thoughts and especially prayers. I'm moved and amazed how many people have offered prayers for Beautiful Bride. Keep it up, please, the biopsies aren't back yet.
